Plum Grove is a ten-bed community based program providing residential services and developmental functional life skills training for adolescent males and females.

Plum Grove is a multi-level home built specifically for group home living with wings of bedrooms on two different floors. It is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood near local schools and businesses, in the City of Carmel.

Plum Grove Group Home is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by trained, caring and qualified Youth Care staff. Residents receive individual, group and family therapies along with year-round educational and/or vocational programming. Specialized treatment planning to address individual needs for residents is an integral part of the total treatment program.
