College Avenue is a ten-bed community based program providing residential services and developmental functional life skills training for adolescent males. It is located in a well-established residential neighborhood near local schools and businesses, on the northeast side of Indianapolis.

The College Avenue program is staffed by trained, caring, qualified Youth Care staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Residents receive individual, group and family therapies along with year-round educational and/or vocational programming. Specialized treatment planning to address individual needs for residents is an integral part of the total treatment program.
