Jeff Caswell

Jeff began working at IDTC in the Fall of 2004 as a QMRP on the Private Secure Unit.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehead State University and a Master’s of Divinity degree from Lexington Theological Seminary. He served as a local congregational minister from 1987 to 2004 for churches in Kentucky and Iowa. This included working with the MR and juvenile offender populations in Iowa.

Jennifer Caswell
Building Supervisor

Jennifer Caswell has been a member of the IDTC Team for 7 years and has served as a Qualified Support Professional for the Cedar, Teal, Sage and Forrest units. Jennifer was the QSP responsible for creating the programming and opening the Cedar unit in 2005 here at IDTC. She has worked with at risk juveniles for over 17 years including juvenile offenders and Intellectually Disabled individuals in Iowa and Indiana. Jennifer continues to increase her knowledge base and experience through ongoing education opportunities and college courses. Jennifer's degree was acquired while living in Iowa.
Jennifer is responsible for planning and implementing programming, supervising direct care staff, and providing oversight for the residential program. Currently, Jennifer serves on the Safety Committee, Injury Review Committee, and is part of the team that trains new staff in their orientation period.

Cat Crocket
Admissions Specialist

Catharine is an Admissions Specialist for IDTC-Indianapolis & IDTC-Lafayette. She graduated from Ball State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Corrections. Before joining the IDTC team in September 1997, she worked with children as a direct care professional, Juvenile Probation Officer, Case Manager for a children’s group home program, & Admissions Coordinator for a children’s residential program.

Lynda Crawford
Human Resources Specialist

Lynda has been a Human Resources Specialist at IDTC since 2007. She attended college at the University of Louisville and has been awarded Professional Human Resources certification. She has worked in the field of Human Resources for 36 years, 10 of which have been with social service agencies.

Sherry Cooper
Unit Coordinator

Sherry Cooper is the QMRP for the Sage and Timber Units at IDTC-Indianapolis. She started her career at IDTC in February of 1998. Sherry is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology. During her time at IDTC, Sherry has also worked as a Youth Counselor, Unit Coordinator and Senior Counselor before assuming her current duties.

Foster (Lowell) Flint
Community Services Coordinator

Foster brings a wealth of knowledge from more than more than 12 years of experience in the human services field and a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University.
Prior to starting at IDTC in 1999, Foster was an Assistant Manager at a group home serving children with Autism. Foster also held the position of Community Resource Coordinator for College Avenue and Plum Grove community living units for 4 years prior to becoming the Community Services Coordinator.
Foster is responsible for scheduling, supervising direct care staff and providing oversight of all daily operations within the community living units.

Michael B. Flores, MSW, LCSW, LMFT
Executive Director of IDTC

Mike, the Director of IDTC, is a native of Colorado. He has over 27 years of experience working with the developmentally disabled. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Valparaiso University and earned his Master's Degree at Indiana University. Mike has served as a public and private administrator for a variety of community-based residential facilities. His areas of expertise include behavioral plan development and implementation, as well as individual, group and family therapy.

Jamie Holmes, PHR
Director of Human Resources

Jamie is the Director of Human Resources for Indiana Family of Companies. Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of human resource management from employee relations to assisting with the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
Jamie received her BSBA with a concentration in human resources management from Indiana Institute of Technology. In 1996 she achieved and continues to maintain her PHR certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute. She holds an Organizational Leadership Certification from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. She is national member of SHRM the Society of Human Resource Management.

Latoria Myers
Clinician

Latoria has been working with IDTC since August of 2008 as a Clinician. She began her employment with IDTC working at the group homes and eventually transitioned to the main center in Indianapolis. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Indiana State University in 2004 and received her Master’s Degree in Community Psychology from Martin University in 2008. Before working at IDTC, Latoria was a direct care staff who specialized in working with adults with special needs. She has shared that she never thought that she would enjoy working with MR kids as much as she does. She is pleased to have learned so much from her experiences while working at IDTC.

Melinda Ross
Education Director

Melinda is the Education Director at IDTC-Indianapolis, and previously served as IDTC's Youth Care Director. She is a graduate of Ball State University and holds a Master of Arts degree in Special Education. Melinda has worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings since 1984.

Dawn Sheffield
Quality Assurance Director

Dawn has been an employee of IDTC since 2001. She has a background in administration and operations management and possesses a Master of Science degree in Management. Dawn was the coordinator of the Council on Accreditation (COA) best practices accreditation effort for the IDTCs. She is currently pursuing the Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification through the American Society of Quality (ASQ).

Zenobia Tabron
Human Resources Generalist

Zenobia Tabron is the HR Generalist at IDTC’s Indianapolis campus. Her employment history is an accumulation of 18 years in the Customer Service field as well as over 8 years in Human Resources. After moving to Indianapolis in 2004, Zenobia joined the IDTC team as a Youth Counselor. During her tenure, she has served IDTC as a Receptionist, an HR Assistant in addition to her current position. Zenobia is currently responsible for the hiring of Direct Care Staff at IDTC. Previously, Zenobia had worked with children in the Foster Care system. She had been a Foster Parent in Fort Wayne, Indiana for over 20 years.

Nancy Ward
Health Services Director

Nancy is the IDTC-Indianapolis Health Services Director and is a Registered Nurse with certification as a psychiatric-mental health nurse. Her work with children started in 1987 when she became an advocate for the needs of children with diabetes. In 1994 she began working with children and adolescents with emotional handicaps. She has worked with children in both acute and residential settings. Nancy is a member of the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nurses.
