Woodland Springs Group Home

Woodland Springs is a 10-bed community based program providing residential services and developmental life skills training for adolescent males with intensive treatment needs with a focus on daily living skills, functional life skills, and communication skills.

Woodland Springs is a single-level home located in a beautiful, well-established neighborhood near local schools and businesses, in the city of Carmel. It provides opportunities for community involvement and integration experiences.
