Plum Grove Group Home

Plum Grove is a 10-bed community based program providing residential services and developmental life skills training for adolescent males and females. 

 

Plum Grove is a multi-level home built specifically for group home living with wings of bedrooms on two different levels. It is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood near local schools and businesses, in the city of Carmel. Plum Grove provides opportunities for community involvement and integration experiences.
