IDTC provides extensive training during orientation as well as throughout employment. We offer numerous trainings to our team members to ensure that they have equipped with the best skills.

Trainings include:

IDTC also provides several trainings to team members regarding specific diagnoses and treatment methods for the populations they will work with. Those trainings would provide valuable information and skills regarding the following diagnosis, but would not be limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Personality Disorders, and Reactive Attachment Disorder.
